PAUSE is currently in search for volunteers! Volunteers will either partake the role of an office assistant or marketing assistant. Both roles are expected to help operate daily services of PAUSE.
Office Assistants’ role require a minimum of two office hours per week commitment for the whole 2016/2017 term with duties that include renting out psychology tests, selling merchandise, providing information to students, and providing assistance to the executives.
Marketing Assistants’ role require commitment for the whole 2016/2017 term when events, meetings, workshops/seminars, & etc. are planned. Duties of Marketing Assistants include marketing campaigns, advertising PAUSE, and supporting the work of PAUSE.

All volunteers will be expected to maintain a clean office environment and promote P.A.U.S.E. services and events to all visitors. Good computer skills and a friendly yet professional attitude are a must!
An application form can be downloaded in and submitted a hard copy to the PAUSE Office (at Student Centre) or online to psychology@utmsu.ca with ‘PAUSE Volunteer Application’ in the subject line.
Please return the completed form by Wednesday, September 21st, 2016.
Successful applicants will be contacted and will be required to undergo an interview and a short training session.
