Pause and Smile Campaign :)

Hello everyone,
Some students may be glad that this semester is almost at its end and most midterms and assignments are over. However, many students may still be stressing over the end of term exams or midterms. PAUSE acknowledges that this as a very stressful time of the year and will be having a campaign dealing with stress. The PAUSE Executive Team will be reaching out to students to ask how they deal with stress and giving out free goodie bags as well as encouraging them to take a moment to pause and smile! We would like you all to de-stress, study efficiently and do the best that you can do on your exams and midterms. We wish you all good luck on all your assessments and a happy holiday.
