Pause and Smile Campaign :)

Hello everyone,
Some students may be glad that this semester is almost at its end and most midterms and assignments are over. However, many students may still be stressing over the end of term exams or midterms. PAUSE acknowledges that this as a very stressful time of the year and will be having a campaign dealing with stress. The PAUSE Executive Team will be reaching out to students to ask how they deal with stress and giving out free goodie bags as well as encouraging them to take a moment to pause and smile! We would like you all to de-stress, study efficiently and do the best that you can do on your exams and midterms. We wish you all good luck on all your assessments and a happy holiday.
Sincerely,
The PAUSE Exec Team
P.S. Make sure to keep an eye out for what PAUSE has in store for you next semester by liking us on Facebook or following us on Twitter!

Note Taking Workshop

Not sure how to tackle those readings AND take notes? Listening to a professor and wondering what to write down? Want to improve your note taking skills? If you have experienced these questions, then this workshop is for you!

PAUSE is hosting a note taking workshop and all students are welcome! Participants will learn new note taking strategies that will aid in their understanding of course material, prepare better for tests and study effectively. Better notes will be helpful for those upcoming midterms 🙂 Hope to see you there and don’t forget to bring a friend!
